A Mumbai-born media veteran who walked away from the corporate ladder at its peak. This is what he built instead.
12 years across Quikr, Times of India, Radio City, Aaj Tak, TV18 and Zee Entertainment. Built Digiwiz Media to deliver what India's biggest brands got — to founders who deserve it too.
10 years of pharmaceutical and health writing. Certified clinical dietitian. She writes content no generalist agency can replicate — because she still treats patients.
Before building Digiwiz Media, Aditya spent 12 years managing advertising and brand strategy for some of India's most recognised names.
I was born and raised in this city. Mumbai gave me family, friends who became family, colleagues who shaped me and a hunger to live every second fully. I've never wanted to be anywhere else.
My first real break came at Quikr in May 2013. I was 23, pitching digital advertising to SMEs and startups. I learned how to read a room, understand what a business actually needed and deliver something they hadn't thought to ask for. I managed Google Ads packages before most agencies in Mumbai knew how to spell AdWords. That was where I fell in love with the digital world and never looked back.
In September 2015 I joined Times of India. Two years learning how India's most trusted media group builds brands across print, digital, outdoor, radio and events all at once. A masterclass in multi-platform storytelling.
Radio City. Then TV Today Network, home of Aaj Tak. Then TV18 Broadcast — CNBC TV18, CNBC Awaaz, CNN News18, Firstpost and Moneycontrol. Accounts including Godrej, McDonald's, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Spotify, LinkedIn, HDFC Bank and dozens more. I learned what it takes to earn the trust of India's biggest brands.
My final corporate role was at Zee Entertainment. By October 2023 I had made a decision that had been building for three years. I walked away. Digiwiz Media became everything. And it has been the best decision of my life.

There was an office event at Zee. All of us from different teams sat together and had an open conversation. About life. About what the job was costing us.
People talked about divorce. About not being able to pay attention to their children. About partners who were also in media — both careers demanding everything, leaving nothing for each other. Some were struggling with health. Years of early mornings, late nights, skipped meals and missed moments adding up silently.
I sat there and looked at my life. My daughter had just arrived. My wife Hashika had been packing my lunch every single day, even on her most exhausting days. I was leaving home at 7:30 in the morning and coming back at 8 or 9 at night, completely drained. Eating dinner in silence and falling asleep before I could be present for anyone I loved.
In that room, listening to people describe lives that looked exactly like mine was heading, I made a decision. I could not let the corporate ladder swallow what mattered most to me.
The lockdown in 2020 gave me a preview of that life. No commute. Warm meals. Time to think. I asked myself the same question every single day: if this is how life feels, why would I go back? The answer was always the same. I studied, earned my certifications and spent that time building what would become Digiwiz Media. Not out of desperation. Out of clarity.
Most agencies treat digital marketing as a backend job. Set up the ads, run the SEO, send the report. Aditya has never seen it that way.
To him, marketing is storytelling. Positioning is psychology. Before you touch a keyword or a campaign, you have to understand what people actually respond to, what makes them stop scrolling, what makes them trust.
That is what 12 years in media taught him that no certification ever could.
Before any strategy meeting, Aditya listens — to what a client is worried about, excited about and afraid to ask for. Most problems are solved in that conversation.
Endless revisions happen when there's no clear direction. Clients typically approve the first or second draft — not luck. The right questions asked first.
Every project comes with something the client didn't put on the brief. An insight, an extra page, a recommendation. It's not a tactic. It's how Aditya is wired.
A BRAND IS NOT A LOGO.
A BRAND IS A FEELING.
Holistic health expert, gut specialist, clinical writer and teacher. She healed herself when no one else could. Now she writes content no agency can replicate.
Hashika lived with IBS-D for years. She went to doctors. She followed prescriptions. The antibiotics made things worse. No one could give her a lasting answer because no one was looking at the full picture.
She researched, studied, earned certifications and completed a two-year diploma now equivalent to a Master's in Holistic Health and Dietetics. Today, 100% of her clients report feeling better. She treats patients who had lost hope, bounced between specialists for years.
Her writing career began in 2013. One of her English students was a co-founder of a pharma brand. He noticed how clearly she explained complex things. That became the start of a 10-year career spanning US pharmaceutical companies, Indian supplement brands, The WEEK magazine and Manorama Malayala.
At Digiwiz Media, Hashika leads the content team. She handles strategy, manages writers and oversees on-page SEO, GEO and AEO. She is the reason healthcare brands trust us with content that cannot afford to be wrong.
Strategy without content is noise. Content without strategy is invisible. Digiwiz Media is the only agency where both live under one roof, built by two people whose skills don't overlap — they complete each other.
Brand strategy, website design, technical SEO, Google Ads and digital infrastructure. He runs the first client session that sets the single direction every project follows.
Content strategy, team management, on-page SEO, GEO and AEO. For healthcare brands she brings clinical accuracy from a practitioner who still treats patients.
Hashika started teaching first. She told Aditya that more people needed what he knew — sales, digital marketing, interview skills, media industry knowledge. He listened.
For the past 3 years, Aditya has been teaching one-on-one through Digiwiz Academy and Superprof. He has trained over 80 corporate professionals. He chooses his students carefully. Most don't just learn. They change careers.
Every project begins with one non-negotiable decision. We set one direction and build everything around it. That is what eliminates endless revisions and produces work that converts.
Clients get checklists, updates and see the work before it goes live. They always know where every rupee of their ad spend went. We were built by someone who hated being kept in the dark.
Aditya is not here simply to earn money. He is here to do work that is genuinely good for the people he works with. Brands that grow. Founders who find their footing.
Every person who works with us should feel valued, understood and that someone is paying close attention — to what they asked for and to what they actually need.
In healthcare, a wrong word is not a typo. It is a liability. Hashika's experience treating real patients means every piece of health content is checked against clinical reality.
Our clients stay with us for an average of 2 to 3 years. Our longest relationship is 9 years. Every decision we make is built for the long term — because that is how trust compounds.
